Tokyo Contents Incubation Center (TCIC) was established by Tokyo Metropolitan Government to incubate seed-early stage start-ups in the media contents industry. TSI delegates a designated incubation team to operate the facility and provides hands-on support to over 20 tenant companies at the facility.
